Teachers — Architects of Human Society!
An
Investment Without the Risk of Loss!
I have repeated this many times —
invest in the field of education and training. This, in fact, is an investment,
not an expenditure; rather, it is akin to preparing a field that yields returns
many times over. Fortunately, the honorable President believes in this
principle. The honorable Minister is also an outstanding manager of the
education and training sector; he, too, is fully aware of the issues related to
education and training. These are golden opportunities. We hope these
opportunities will be fully utilized.
Promote
the Teaching Profession in Society!
As for teachers, one point is that all
national institutions are responsible for honoring them. This respect begins with
financial and economic support, as has been mentioned, and then it is our duty
to shape public opinion — meaning we must take new steps in public thinking so
that the teaching profession appears as something beautiful, passionate, and
attractive.
The
Outcome of Education and Training is Self-Discipline and Caution!
Your (teachers’) understanding of what
a teacher’s role and activity entails is such an awareness that a teacher —
knowingly or unknowingly — influences a student’s knowledge in various ways. A
teacher has more influence than parents. So, with this understanding, go into
the classroom; be aware of the impact you are making on your audience. This
naturally compels you toward self-discipline in your behavior, speech, and
conduct.

وہ سرمایہ کاری جس میں اندیشہِ نقصان نہیں!
میں کئی بار یہ(بات)دہرا چکا ہوں کہ تعلیم و تربیت(کے میدان)میں سرمایہ کاری کریں، یہ(کام)دراصل سرمایہ کاری ہے، کوئی خرچ نہیں ہے؛ بلکہ ایک ایسا میدان تیار کرنے کے مترادف ہے جس سے کئی گنا زیادہ منافع ہوتا ہے۔ خوش قسمتی سے محترم صدرِ مملکت اس بات پر یقین رکھتے ہیں۔ محترم وزیر بھی تعلیم و تربیت کے(شعبے کے)بلند پایہ مدیر ہیں؛ وہ بھی تعلیم و تربیت کے مسائل سے پوری طرح آگاہ ہیں۔ یہ(سنہرے)مواقع ہیں۔ ہم امید کرتے ہیں کہ ان مواقع سے بھرپور فائدہ اٹھایا جائے گا۔
معلّمی(استادی)کو معاشرے میں فروغ دیں!
معلم کے متعلق، ایک بات یہ ہے کہ تمام ملکی ادارے ذمہ دار ہیں کہ معلم کا احترام کریں۔ یہ احترام مالی اور معاشی تعاون سے شروع ہوتا ہے، جیسے انہوں نے ذکر کیا، اور پھر ہمارا کام ہے کہ عوامی فکر کو تشکیل دیں؛ یعنی ہمیں عوامی سوچ میں ایسے نئے اقدامات کرنے چاہئیں تاکہ معلم(کا پیشہ)ایک خوبصورت، پرجوش، اور دلکش شکل بن کر نظر آئے۔
تعلیم و تربیت کا نتیجہ، مراقبہ نفس اور احتیاط ہے!
آپ(معلموں)کا سمجھنا کہ معلم کی سرگرمی اور فعالیت کیا ہے، یہ ایک ایسا فہم ہے کہ معلم مختلف طریقوں سے، جان بوجھ کر یا انجانے میں، اپنے طالب علم کے علم پر اثر انداز ہوتا ہے۔ معلم والدین سے زیادہ اثرانداز ہوتا ہے۔ تو، اس فہم کے ساتھ، کلاس میں جائیں؛ یہ جانیں کہ آپ اپنے مخاطب پر کیا اثر ڈال رہے ہیں۔ یہ قدرتی طور پر آپ کو آپ کے رویے، گفتار اور طریقہ کار میں مراقبہ(محتاط رہنے پر)مجبور کرتا ہے۔
